APN is short for Access Point Name — the setting that instructs your TM SIM how to connect to Globe's mobile internet gateway. Without it, you may see signal bars but still get no browsing, streaming, or app loading even with an active promo. How to Set Up an APN on Android

These steps work on Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, Vivo, Realme, Huawei, and most other brands. Menu names differ slightly by model.

Most phones do not strictly check the MNC, so either setting works for either SIM. For accuracy, use the correct MNC for your SIM type. If internet.globe.com.ph gives inconsistent speeds on older LTE-only devices, the legacy APN http.globe.com.ph (MCC 515 / MNC 02) works as a backup — but the standard APN is the current recommendation for 4G LTE and 5G.

TM MMS APN Settings

MMS (picture messages and group texts) uses a completely separate gateway from regular internet data. You need a second APN profile just for MMS. Do not put these values inside your data APN.
