TM runs a loyalty program called Globe Rewards, where your regular loads and promo registrations earn points. Every ₱50 you spend on load or promos through the GlobeOne app earns you 1 point, which you can exchange for free data, calls, texts, and partner vouchers from brands like McDonald's and GrabFood.

Your TM SIM must be registered before you can access any of this. If you have not done that yet, complete your TM SIM registration first.

What Is the TM Rewards Program?

TM Rewards is the official loyalty program for TM prepaid subscribers, run through Globe Telecom and managed entirely via the GlobeOne app.

Joining is completely free
You must manually enroll via GlobeOne (required since April 1, 2024)
Points only start accumulating after you enroll
You earn 1 point for every ₱50 spent on load or promos through GlobeOne
Paying via "charge to load" or using an existing promo as load does NOT earn points
Eligible payment methods: GCash, credit card, debit card, eWallet, and bank transfer

How to Join the TM Rewards Program

You only do this once. After enrollment, your account stays active as long as you open the Rewards Catalog at least once every 12 months.

Once you confirm a redemption, it cannot be reversed. There is no cancellation and no points reversal after a successful transaction. Double-check before tapping Redeem.

The USSD method does not show partner merchant vouchers. For Jollibee, McDonald's, GrabFood, and other brand rewards, use the GlobeOne app. Note: there is no official SMS-based redemption — texting to 4438 only checks balance (BAL), stops notifications (STOP), or re-opts in (YES).

If you have not opened the Rewards Catalog in GlobeOne for 12 consecutive months, your account is automatically unsubscribed and all points and redeemed rewards are terminated. Open the catalog every few months and redeem smaller rewards regularly.

Note: TM prepaid cannot convert reward points to GCash or cash — points only redeem items from the official catalog. Getting a TM SIM replacement with the same number keeps your points; porting out to another provider voids them.
